If your company grows into the next bracket, you move up at your next renewal. Moving down to a smaller plan isn't possible mid-term, but it is at your next renewal if your company is smaller by then.

A recruitment agency charges for the full search and selection process: typically 20 to 25% of gross annual salary, averaging €7,000 to €11,000 per placement. With CBC Talent you handle the interviews and selection yourself, in exchange for direct access to 9,000+ students for one fixed annual amount. For companies that can manage that themselves, a single successful hire is often enough to earn back the entire annual plan.
