Your plan is determined by your company size (number of employees). That keeps pricing fair and matched to the scale of your hiring needs. If your company grows into the next bracket, you move up at your next renewal. Moving down to a smaller plan isn't possible mid-term, but it is at your next renewal if your company is smaller by then.

A recruitment agency charges for the full search and selection process: typically 20 to 25% of gross annual salary, averaging €7,000 to €11,000 per placement. With CBC Talent you handle the interviews and selection yourself, in exchange for direct access to 9,000+ students for one fixed annual amount. For companies that can manage that themselves, a single successful hire is often enough to earn back the entire annual plan.

You only receive responses from students who gave consent themselves, via opt in. No access to raw student data, and fully compliant with GDPR.
